Imagine a life where anxiety is not in the driver’s seat. Where your relationship feels like an escape from the chaos. Where you actually feel like yourself again.

Maybe that feels like a distant memory. Maybe you have never felt that way at all. Either way, you are ready for things to be different.

Overthinking every little thing has left you exhausted, feeling like a prisoner to your own mind. The constant fights, miscommunication, and loneliness creeping into your relationship have taken their toll. Questioning who you are and feeling like you should have it all figured out, even though you feel lost on where to start, has become overwhelming.

You’ve come to the right person.

I’m Samantha, a licensed marriage and family therapist, and I help women, couples, and LGBTQ+ clients find calm, connection, and clarity in their lives.

I want to equip you with the tools (that actually work for you) to feel more empowered in yourself, your relationships, and your life.

Therapy that actually helps you move forward.

Most therapy approaches for anxiety these days tell you to practice breathing, go on a walk, and journal. And while those things can be helpful, they often leave people feeling frustrated, stuck, and like they are not making real progress.

And, most therapy approaches for couples counseling give you tools, but they miss the nitty gritty of what is causing the issues. This leaves you and your partner feeling good initially, but quickly falling back into old patterns.

Your circumstances are unique, which is why my approach is different.

We focus on the deeper patterns that got you here, the themes that are keeping you stuck, and, most importantly, how to finally break free.

Every step is tailored to you - your life, your relationships, your resources, your struggles - and always with your end goal in mind.

Meet your Windsor Individual and Couples Counselor

Helping anxious perfectionists find peace and couples find joy since 2014.

Hey! I’m Samantha (or Sam—whichever you prefer), and my pronouns are she/her.

I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, disconnected in their relationships, or lost in their own identity find tangible tools to engage, process emotions, communicate, and feel confident in themselves.

My training in marriage and family therapy, gender and sexuality studies, and somatic experiencing means I have the expertise and experience you deserve from a therapist.

At the end of the day, you want to work with someone who gets what it means to be human and to struggle, to feel stuck, and to crave something better. I don’t just have the clinical training to help you. I get what it is like to be in the thick of it.

I’m here to help you get unstuck for good.

I know what it’s like to have everything look fine on the outside while you feel like an imposter falling apart on the inside. I’ve had anxiety spiral me into self-doubt and exhaustion. I’ve had moments of deep connection in relationships, as well as staying in ones that left me wondering, “What the hell was I thinking?”

So if you’re ready for therapy that’s real, collaborative, and actually helps, let’s get started.
