  • 20-minute phone consultation: Free

    50-minute individual session or couple’s session: $145

    90-minute individual session or couple’s session: $290

  • I am not currently paneled with any insurance companies. This allows you to decide the specifics about counseling to meet your needs and goals, such as how long or often we can meet. As another added benefit, you get the best care as my time will be spent directly with you in counseling rather than in contact with insurance companies. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to provide you with a Superbill to submit for potential reimbursement. Please note that I am not a contracted Medicaid provider. Due to Colorado Medicaid guidelines I am unable to work with clients who have Medicaid.

  • In our free phone consultation we will discuss your current concerns, counseling goals, and what questions you may have for me. If we decide we are a good match, we will schedule our first counseling session. During that counseling session we will review confidentiality, get to know each other to help establish a relationship between us, go more in-depth to your experiences, and create a plan to reach your goals.

  • That's up to you! While it typically takes more than a session or two to create lasting change, some clients prefer short-term therapy while others enjoy a long-term experience. We will collaborate together to determine what frequency works best with your schedule and needs.

  • Life happens! As a courtesy to other clients and me, please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your counseling appointment. Late cancellations and missed sessions incur the full session fee.

  • I work with individuals and couples 15 and older.
