Your experience in counseling will be based on collaboration, warmth, humor, and some swearing (if that’s your jam). We will work together to figure out what got you here, where you would rather be instead, and the best way to help you get there. Sometimes that means venting about your week and other times that means practicing specific tools you can apply in your day-to-day life. Whatever focus you need I’m here to support it.
